Serenity: Your birthright to a Life of Fulfillment

Greetings Lovelies,

Today, I want to embark on a journey of serenity with you. It's a journey that has the power to transform your life, bringing you inner peace, tranquility, and the keys to unlock your full potential.

Serenity, my dear friends, is not an elusive dream but your birthright. It's a state of being that allows you to remain calm and composed, regardless of the storms raging around you. It's a gift we can claim, and it all begins with a choice.

A few years ago, I made a conscious decision to live a decade of decisiveness and conscious consumption™️. What does that mean? It means I am holistic and intentional about my state of mind, my level of awareness, and what I allow into my life. I carefully curate what enters my ear gates, my eye gates, what I eat, and the energy I surround myself with. I am unequivocally committed to elevation.

One of the most powerful freedoms we have in life, no matter where we are in the world, is the freedom to choose who we connect with, where we go, and how we navigate our journey. Today, I want you to embrace the belief that serenity is your birthright. It's a state of mind that you can access and live in, regardless of your circumstances.

As a teenager, I was dealt a unique set of cards that led me to become a deep thinker, constantly seeking understanding and depth even when I didn't fully understand myself. During that time, I encountered the Serenity Prayer, and it became more than just words to me, it became a way of life, words I walked out and stood firmly upon.

Let me break down the Serenity Prayer for you:

"God, grant me the serenity
 to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time; accepting hardship as a pathway to peace; taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; trusting that You will make all things right if I surrender to Your will; so that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with You forever in the next. Amen."

Every time I revisit these words, new revelations and insights emerge. To me, this prayer is a source of empowerment. It reminds us that we have the power to accept what we cannot change, the courage to change what we can, and the wisdom to discern between the two.

As we journey together, I encourage you to view the Serenity Prayer from this lens of empowerment. It is my hope and prayer for you that this prayer becomes a guiding force in your life, leading you to a place of inner peace and fulfillment.

A Sunday well spent brings forth a week of content. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve you on your journey of conscious consumption, of choosing serenity as your birthright.
